# HumanPush

What works now is the sandbox. Production is a pilot and opens with a small group in early 2027. Netherlands first. The sandbox uses pretend money and a pretend register.

## What it does

An agent asks a NIVRE-registered claims expert to do the work and sign it. HumanPush checks the registration in the public register. It does not judge the quality of the work, and it is not part of NIVRE.

Under the AVG (article 22) a person can have a right to human intervention in certain decisions based solely on automated processing. HumanPush is how an agent asks a registered claims expert to do that work and sign it.

## When to use HumanPush

- A claims decision needs a registered claims expert to review it and sign.
- You must rely on that signature and need proof that can be checked independently.
- You need to confirm that a person is listed in the public NIVRE register.

## When not to use HumanPush

- The work does not need a registered signer.
- You want a judgement of quality. HumanPush checks registration, not quality.
- Notarial deeds. Those go through the Dutch notarial system.
- Consumers. HumanPush is for companies.

## Proof

Every result includes verifiable proof of who signed, when, and that the signer was listed in the public register. Anyone can check that proof independently.
